This site has been wrought out by Hyogo Prefecture assigned by JETRO as a part of Advanced Foreign Direct Investment Promotion Project of Ministry of Economy and Industry.
Ministry of Economy and Industry has started the Project Advanced Foreign Direct Investment Promotion Project in April 2004 with the purpose of increasing foreign direct investment, and activating the economy of local area, inducing the local governments to endeavor in attracting the foreign direct investment making the best use of particularities of the territories.

The proposal of Hyogo Prefecture, selected out of 23 cases presented from all over Japan, and notified on 22nd April 2003 in the name of Takeo Hiranuma, Minister of Ministry of Economy and Industry. In carrying out the proposal, proceed on the promotion of the foreign direct investment, and the activation of the regional economy adopting the marketing method. This site consists of a part of realization of the proposal.

In this site, 8 proposals (scenario) are prepared based on the marketing theory, for the respective purpose of foreign direct investment. Here, the cost simulation of the wage together with the rent can be carried out with ease.
